This is my personal mindfulness log that I'd thought I'd share with others!
I use this tool to manage my current goals, anxiety and avoidance, to better my relationship with food, to remind myself of the therapy strategies I've learned, and to journal how each day goes. If you want a simple tool to keep track of the various ins and outs of your day, this is a great place to start.
